eDock2 - Installer Training & Support

Deta.e offers a FREE Installer training programme designed to provide Electrical Contractors with all the information they need to safely install and commission Deta.e EV charge points. All Deta.e charge points must be installed by a Deta.e trained and approved installer. Once approved, certified installers will be provided with access to a proprietary app and unique access code required for commissioning. Please note that Deta.e EV charge points that are not fitted by an approved installer will not be covered under warranty.
