Installation Requires Certification
All Deta.e charge points must be installed by a Deta.e trained and approved installer. Once approved, certified installers will be provided with access to a proprietary app and unique access code required for commissioning. Please note that Deta.e EV charge points that are not fitted by an approved installer will not be covered under warranty.
Quick & Simple Training
Training is simple and straight forward. All you need to do is register your interest, follow the email link to the Deta.e training portal and watch the video. Once completed, you will be issued with an Deta.e certificate.
